Il s’agit d’une étude visant à évaluer l’efficacité et l’innocuité du belzutifan en monothérapie chez des participants atteints d’un phéochromocytome/paragangliome (PPGL) ou d’une tumeur neuroendocrine pancréatique (pNET) à un stade avancé. L’objectif principal de l’étude est d’évaluer le taux de réponse objective (TRO) au belzutifan selon la version 1.1 des critères RECIST (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors), évalué par un examen central indépendant à l’insu (ECII).

• Progressive Free Survival (PFS) as Assessed by BICR
• Overall Survival (OS)
• Number of Participants Experiencing Adverse Events (AEs)
• Number of Participants Discontinuing Study Drug due to an AE
