L’objectif de cette étude est d’évaluer l’efficacité et l’innocuité du pémigatinib par rapport à la chimiothérapie à base de gemcitabine et de cisplatine comme traitement de première intention chez des participants atteints de cholangiocarcinome non résécable ou métastatique avec réarrangement du gène FGFR2.
